Coaltrans 2025: Striving to Turn Small Talk into Job Nominations

The month of September marked another milestone for Cotecna Indonesia as the team travelled to Bali to participate in one of the most significant gatherings in the coal industry, Coaltrans 2025.

Held at the InterContinental Bali Resort from September 21st to 23rd 2025, the three-day event once again served as a vital platform for industry leaders, traders, and service providers to connect and exchange insights.  

As one of the major global players in testing, inspection, and certification, Cotecna Indonesia was joined by representatives from Cotecna China and Cotecna Vietnam to strengthen the company’s regional presence and foster meaningful engagements across the coal supply chain. 

In preparation for the event, the teams dedicated several weeks to organizing meetings, participating in conference discussions, and identifying potential partners and clients. This strategic approach ensured that Cotecna maximized its visibility and interaction throughout the three-day conference, from formal business sessions to informal networking opportunities. 

Recognizing that valuable connections often happen beyond the meeting room, Cotecna teams also attended a networking event hosted by PT Baramulti Group, one of Cotecna’s long-standing clients. The gathering provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen partnerships and exchange perspectives in a relaxed, collaborative setting.
