Congo Brazzaville Delegation visits Cotecna France

Cotecna France was thrilled to host representatives from the Congolese Agency for Standardization (ACONOQ) and the Congolese Ministry of Industrial Development & Promotion of the Private Sector. The visit aimed to spotlight Cotecna’s operational procedures in facilitating the Congolese Verification of Conformity Program (PCEC) and also review contractual obligations from both Cotecna and ACONOQ .

In attendance were honored members of the delegation namely Jean-Jacques Ngoko-Mouyabi (ACONOQ Director General), Alphonse Pepe (the Advisor in Charge of Business Climate), Gouadi-Bouzimbou-Koussiama (the Legal advisor) and Thony Mvoutou (ACONOQ PCEC Manager).

The Delegation had the opportunity to observe Cotecna’s Certification procedures from testing and inspection to the actual issuance of the Certificates of Conformity
(COC). As a ACONOQ approved body for the Congo Brazzaville Conformity Assessment Program (PCEC) it was a pleasure to demonstrate Cotecna’s strict adherence to quality and compliance standards. We had a chance to also do a virtual Lab tour with the WIMPEY Lab team.
