Cotecna Announces Rebranding of Former Kaixin Certification as BCK

We are pleased to announce that former Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Ltd., now a wholly owned subsidiary of Cotecna, has officially completed all regulatory approvals for corporate name change and registered office address update.

The company is now operating under its new name: Beijing Cotecna Kaixin Certification Co., Ltd. (北京中瑞泰纳凯新认证有限公司), abbreviated as BCK.

This milestone marks full integration of BCK into the Cotecna Group while reinforcing its presence in China and beyond.
