Cotecna Enhances Trader Awareness on Ethiopia’s PVoC Program

In partnership with East Africa Partners Consulting PLC (EAP), Cotecna introduced a telegram quiz, interactive training series delivered through daily quizzes. The campaign, which ran for three weeks, was aimed at demystifying the PVoC process and reducing costly compliance errors that often result in shipment delays, rejections, and penalties. 

"The PVoC program plays a critical role in ensuring that only compliant, safe, and quality-assured products enter Ethiopia. Yet, many traders remain unaware of the steps they must take to secure a Certificate of Conformity (CoC)," said a spokesperson from Cotecna. "Through these quizzes, we want to bring clarity to the process and help businesses operate with greater confidence."
