World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2025

We are proud to announce the launch of the new Health and Safety (HSE) page on the Cotecna website, reinforcing our deep commitment to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of everyone who works with or visits us.  

This dedicated page brings together the key elements of our global HSE strategy and showcases how we embed safety into every aspect of our operations.

This philosophy is brought to life through two core elements: our 10 Lifesavers and 12 Laboratory Safety Rules, which provide clear, non-negotiable principles for behaviour in the field, laboratory, and office. 

Visitors to the page can also learn more about Cotecna’s key safety programs, such as: 

• LMRA (Last-Minute Risk Assessment): empowering staff to identify and mitigate risks before any task begins. 
• LSMS (Laboratory Safety Management System): our tailored safety system designed to address the unique challenges of laboratory work. 

The webpage highlights how our safety initiatives support global priorities, particularly the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a specific focus on SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.
