How to Get FAMI-QS Certification with Cotecna

Organizations seeking FAMI-QS certification must first complete the application and contract agreement process.
Once this is finalized, Cotecna will conduct an initial certification audit or re-certification audit to verify compliance with FAMI-QS requirements. Upon successful completion, your organization will receive a FAMI-QS certificate, typically valid for three years. After this period, a recertification audit is required to renew the certificate.
During the validity period, annual surveillance audits and at least one unannounced audit will be conducted to ensure ongoing compliance with FAMI-QS standards and continuous improvement in feed safety practices.
