OQM Certification Process:
- Online application via DGSM portal
- Submission and review of product details & required documents
- Evaluation and registration in DGSM system
- Factory audit scheduling and execution
- Corrective actions (if required)
- Final approval by DGSM and issuance of OQM license, followed by surveillance audits
